LICENSED PERSONNEL
Health Insurance – $350 per month
Teacher Retirement match – 15% of gross salary per month
License Renewal Fee $75 (standard license every five years after one year of service)
NON-LICENSED PERSONNEL
Health Insurance – $350 per month
Teacher Retirement match – 15% of gross salary per month
The Bismarck School District also provides the options of dental, life, vision and other supplemental insurances to each employee.
